DESCRIPTION: US National Director, International Child Care (ICC) ICC is a Christian not for profit health development agency serving Haiti and the Dominican Republic. This executive position is responsible for fund raising, program management, administration and constituency development, while working to support the other National entities of ICC. Experience required in fund-raising, management and finance. Candidate must also possess excellent leadership and communication skills. Travel required. A relevant advanced degree is preferred, as is familiarity with the social and economic conditions in less-developed nations. Salary Range $45,000-$60,000. (Salary consideration outside the range is an option on a pay-for-performance basis.)
