DESCRIPTION: Santa Cruz Mortgage Company was founded in 1981 and is one of the largest mortgage bankers in the Monterey Bay area. We started with one office and two mortgage consultants and have grown to seven offices and forty-five mortgage consultants in Fresno, Santa Cruz, Scotts Valley, Aptos, Watsonville, Salinas, Carmel and Redding. Santa Cruz Mortgage Company is a mortgage banker as well as a mortgage broker, providing the best of both worlds to our customers. As a Mortgage Banker, Santa Cruz Mortgage is able to underwrite, approve, prepare loan documents and fund loans from its centrally located Mortgage Banking Division, which enables us to complete the loan process within 48 - 72 hours. | |
