Our services for Client law firms include: Initial Assessment JK&A takes this first opportunity to speak with the firm¿s decision-makers and hiring authorities. Representation Candidate Screening All potential Candidates are pre-qualified prior to submission to the Client. The evaluation includes a review of abilities, academic record, depth of practice experience, motivation, short and long term career objectives to ensure the best fit with the Client's organizational culture and particular personnel needs. Negotiation & Deal Closure Once the best Candidate has been identified and interviewed, we work with the Client to close the deal, whether that means advising the Client on compensation and benefits issues, reference checking or transmitting the offer itself.
