Currently employing up to 120 persons directly and up to 4,000 fishers indirectly, Sea Products Ltd. is dedicated to producing high quality seafood for export markets. The company has a strong emphasis on local community needs and is actively seeking, with the help of other stakeholders, donors, and the Tanzanian Government - to draft a fishery management plan based on "low volume - high value" fishing in order to get maximum monetary yields using sustainable fishing methods that will ensure a healthy fishery for generations to come. | |
