DESCRIPTION: VSK Soft was founded in 1998 by two senior IT Professionals with a collective experience of 30 years in delivering mission critical expertise systems. While implementing projects for a wide spectrum of companies from Fortune 500 to start ups, they repeatedly faced same challenges in staffing their projects with the right people with the right time or the right cost. Project Mangers and Tech Leads could not manage the whole hiring process without getting distracted from their core responsibility. Recruiters did not really understand technology and mostly did verbatim match of resumes. They also did not understand that IT is very different from other disciplines in that it is very people oriented and equally important to a candidate's skill is, his/her personality. | |
