DESCRIPTION: Leaders for Life is a training and consulting firm. In development for three years, we have now assumed a full-time position in the marketplace. We offer training in the area of leadership/supervision, customer service and continous improvement. Our program is unique in a couple ways. First, our training is half the price of our competitors. By keeping advertising and overhead to a minimum, we are able to charge a lower price. Secondly, we offer a continous improvement challenge at the end of our workshops, giving our participants an opportunity to go back to their facility and earn their money back. Our training is designed not only to tell people what they need to do, but also how to do it. Our participants leave the training with new knowledge and a renewed energy for their job. We are targeted toward the restaurant and retail industries. Our core goals are to reduce turnover, build morale and increase profitability. | |
