We have 5 homes in Green Bay which are licensed to serve 8 residents. Staff are available 24 hours/day. Our focus is to enable persons to meet their specific needs and functioning levels through offering various options and supports. We also have supportive and independent living sites where residents have supports to meet their needs and gain self-sufficiency, socialization, vocational, personal safety and further skills within their daily living. | |
