Backed by the years of experience in the glass industry, Mr. Florante G. Aguila,established COMMERCIAL GLASS CORPORATION (CGC) in 1989.At the outset,the company was primarily engaged in the business of trading,distribution,retailing,and installation of automotive glass and automotive glass parts and accessories.
In line with this diversification and nationwide expansion,CGC changed its corporate name to COMGLASCO CORPORATION.
In keeping with its vision of becoming a leading trading company which offers innovative and state-of-the-art products, technology and customer support, Comglasco is now exploring the possibility of going into joint-venture undertakings with leading allied multinational companies. Initially, this joint venture arrangement will be for a small-scale manufacturing facility intended to support the company's expanding retail operations.
