MISSION: Postdoctoral Fellow: The project aims to examine signal transduction, apoptosis and regulation of inflammation, focusing on macrophages and fibroblasts from the joints of patients with rheumatoid arthritis. To pursue these aims and develop therapies for rheumatoid arthritis the candidate will use the following techniques: in vivo techniques include the characterization and analysis of animal models of rheumatoid arthritis in wild type, transgenic and knock out mice.
