DESCRIPTION: Job Summary: Generate profitable sales volume serving wholesalers and retailers alike.Serve as the company¿s point of contact with the customer to sell new products, expand existing product sales and handle customer inquiries. Many house accounts already in place. Assist team leader in order taking, prospecting and marketing tasks. Major Duties: Specific responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following: 1. Customer contact via the telephone - primarily outbound A. Introduce company and gather information necessary to qualify potential clients. B. Select product information to be sent to potential clients C. Perform follow up calls, utilizing customer service and closing skills. D. Take orders, credit applications, create new accounts E. Respond to customer concerns F. Inform existing customers of price changes, new products, or other information. G. Participate in call out campaigns. 2. Perform duties assigned by the Sales/Marketing Manager. | |
