DESCRIPTION: HireAbility is a network of recruiters which enables them to have all of the things recruiters love about a powerful agency (complete back office support, custom recruiting software, a team to do splits with, free job board postings/resume database access, excellent training, fun & motivation, trips & recognition), without any of the negatives (like giving away the bulk of your net profits to the company, having to work 'corporate' business hours, attending long unwanted meetings, supporting a bloated corporate infrastructure, etc). We pay out the vast majority of placement fees (perm and contract) to the recruiters themselves rather than to the corporate office. (i.e., commissions are paid at 75% of billings in perm and 50% of gross margin on contract placements). Work the hours you want and recruit in whatever market niche or geography of your chosing, direct hire or contract placements, without having to worry about time card management, billing/collections, etc. | |
