DESCRIPTION: The L.A. Bridges Program, housed at the Hollenbeck Youth Center, works with Inner City children on improving their grades and getting them involved in positive community involvement. We target local at-risk youngsters to participate in the program and significantly make a positive impact on their life. We are currently looking for a case Manager with the proper credentials to work with 20-25 children on a daily basis. | |
