DESCRIPTION: INTERNET ADVERTISING: WHERE AND HOW? We don't believe you want to have to read a ton of material to prepare to launch eproject3, so we'll just "cut to the chase" here. The only effective internet-based paid ads we've found are those placed in specific E-ZINES. These are e-mail based newsletters usually delivered on a regular basis free of charge to a subscriber list. These people have chosen to receive the newsletter because it contains news and information that's of interest to them. They want it, and generally look forward to it and read it. The subscribers on this kind of an e-mail are called an Opt-in List. Relatively speaking, e-zine advertising is cheap and effective when compared to other forms of Internet advertising.
