DESCRIPTION: Technical Customer Service Job Title Internet Support Tech Description ULTIMATE Internet Access Inc., the leading Internet service provider in the Inland Empire is seeking Internet Support Technicians to join our Internet Support Center (ISC) team. The ideal candidates will assist our customers in troubleshooting technical problems, updating client records and adding information into our customer database while delivering outstanding customer service. Primary responsibilities of this position include providing outstanding service to new and existing Internet customers via telephone and e-mail. You will also help with the configuration and support of dial-up networking, wireless services and DSL products. Internet Explorer, Netscape, Outlook, OE and other email client software experience is preferred. The Internet Support Technician will also be responsible for diagnosing, resolving and escalating critical technical issues to Senior Administration Staff. Requirements | |
