DESCRIPTION: Vector USA, Inc., established Sept. 1995, is a Florida corporation founded on the principle that repair of hand-held order entry terminals, bar-code laser scanners, credit card verification machines, bar-code printers and CCD scanners was an area that was lacking strong service repair stations. After combining efforts with experts in the field totaling over forty years of experience in hand-held data collection service and repair, we entered the data collection industry. We know that long turn-around times on equipment repairs are unacceptable in your real world applications. Our company, working in harmony with the manufacturer, receives training to service the new equipment that we sell. Each piece of equipment that arrives in our repair facility is logged into our database and sent to a technical advisor for troubleshooting. Parts are replaced and diagnostic tests is performed. The repaired unit is transfered to the Quality Control Department for final testing. | |
