The company's principal and founder, Patrick Lawrence, comes to the recruiting field after a long and successful career in the mid and senior level hospital management ranks. His experience spans hospitals ranging in size from 18 to 1,100 beds, rural and inner-city and from both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. He has won or been nominated for several prestigious awards within the hospital industry and served with distinction as a senior level executive at a Top 100 Hospital. What sets Paradigm Resources apart from the competition is our ability to understand the nuances of what a client hospital is really looking for in a candidate.
