Our gym is equipped with top of the line Paramount Fitness Series machines, Lifestep, Lifecycles, Precor and Quinton Treadmills, plus Ivanko Free Weights. Each person undergoes an Individualized Training program suited to his or her physical condition, age, and health and fitness goals. Personal trainers are also available and more than glad to assist you in your workout routines. Aerobic classes are available everyday to boost your cardio-vascular excercises. Other services include soothing and relaxing Aromatherapy, Swedish, Shiatsu massage and Reflexology. Enjoy a soothing experience in our sauna. Refreshing and health treats are available at the health bar. On top of all that, we are manned by a professional and corteous staff, who are always ready and able to guide and assist you with your needs through your stay. | |
