DESCRIPTION: Urology Diagnostic Centers (AKA UDC) was established in 1987 by a group of doctors in Central Florida. The original physician owners understood that it was more cost-effective to utilize a service to provide their ultrasounds than to buy the equipment and hire an ultrasound technologist to perform the procedures. UDC provides ultrasound of the prostate, rectum, colon, kidney, gallbladder, bladder, scrotum, and liver. We assist in the Operating Room during cryosurgical ablation, high-dose rate seed implantation, and radioactive seed implant. The majority of our business is generated through our radioactive seed implantation program. | |
