NetSpend. an innovative Company in the Financial/Banking Industry seeks Special Agents to work in its inbound call center in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience handling inbound call inquiries and proven problem resolution and escalation skills. Qualifications: · 2 yrs college, degree preferred · Must demonstrate extensive product and technical knowledge as required by job responsibilities and call types. · Must communicate clearly and effectively · Must have proficiency with Word and Excel, Microsoft Office, as well as experienced with data entry.
