DESCRIPTION: Visionetics, a leading manufacturer of digital set-top box receivers, is seeking a qualified candidate for pre and post-sales technical product and systems engineering support. Experience with digital television systems is desirable. Experience with DVB and ATSC television systems is required. The candidate will possess good interpersonal communication skills and have 2-5 years in technical support and or field engineering. Job Responsibilities: Provide direct technical support to the customer on installation, design and technical criteria. Support the sales force in new business creation through the preparation and execution of technical design presentations, communication of new product design concepts, and product performance. Qualifications: BSEE or equivalent.2-5 years related experience in engineering. Project management experience is a plus. Experience with MPEG is required.
