DESCRIPTION: Golden House Adult Day Health Care Center (Site I) offers professional health care services such as a full range of therapeutic, health, and social services to seniors & other adults w/ physical/psychological challenges limiting their daily activities in a warm, friendly, & supportive environment. Our professional staff takes pride in providing a program of services individually tailored to promote health & independence & to also extend our support to our participant's families and caregivers. Participants undergo a thorough evaluation and assessment by our team of health care professionals with services that include: Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Nursing and Personal Care, Dietary Counseling, Speech Therapy, Counseling with a Social Worker and Clinical Psychologist, Recreational Activities, Educational Activities, Hot Breakfast, Lunch and Snacks, and Referral Services. Services are provided to those living in the City of La Mesa, San Diego, El Cajon, and Lemon Grove. | |
