DESCRIPTION: Our client, a division of the leading financial transaction processing firm, was experiencing problems in provisioning service for their customers. The division¿s services required hardware and software technology to be provisioned at the client site and at their own processing center in order to deliver service to the customer. Their costs were high due to 150+ redundant Lotus Notes databases and the degree of manual integration required to process orders and provision service. Further, their client satisfaction ratings were low due to the time required to provision and the difficulty in providing customer service upgrades. | |
