DESCRIPTION: The Mission of the Company is to help commercial firms survive the paradigm shift resulting from the e-commerce revolution by leading them in their migration from the conventional business model to the e-business model. One element of the mission is articulation of the e-business model - which is not simply about e-commerce functionality and the ability of the firm to sell products over the Internet, but, more importantly, about integrated changes in competitive strategy and operating infrastructure. R3X has developed a new business operating system designed specifically to assist companies in the methodical achievement and retention of competitive advantage in their marketplace.
