Sales were $1.76 billion. Another big step is quantifying what goes on in a network marketing company and creating reliable predictions. John Addison of Primerica says the data to make quantifiable predictions are there. 'The perception is that if your sales force is all-volunteer, it's like an amoeba that wanders all over the place, based on emotion and no substance. The truth is, our results are very predictable. If we recruit a certain number of people, we'll produce a certain volume. With a certain volume, we'll retain X percentage after Year One and so on. That applies to the industry in general. | |
