DESCRIPTION: * Training GRAM employs a group of education researchers and teacher- trainers. New teachers participate in an intensive one to two - day training courses before they embark on teaching schedule, and regular training for every two month. GRAM teacher training courses include: 1. Overview of GRAM' s English programs 2. Videos of classes: Classroom Management, Games and Songs. 3. Training in using classroom materials and learning aids 4. Teaching techniques training 5. Class observations 6. Preparing and teaching a sample class * Insurance and Benefits GRAM offers Health Insurance and Accident Insurance to full time contract teachers. Health Insurance covers almost everything from visits to the doctors, to medicine, to lengthy hospital stays. Full time teachers are entitled to paid holidays, vacation days, and leaves in Taiwan (with certain regulations and limitations.) | |
