DESCRIPTION: Data Gateway Philippines Corp. (DGP) is a young Quezon City-based database content provider serving international clients. DGP's main service is abstracting and indexing services but also offers data conversion, medical transcription, formatting and the likes. Abstracting and indexing involves reading articles, journals or other source materials and creating abstracts and assigning indexes or keywords that best describe or covers the source document. The Company is currently seeking abstractors, editors and indexers, who graduated from the Philippine's top universities. Generally, the applicant must have excellent reading and comprehension skills, above-average typing skills, can operate the computer, and can work under pressure. Applicants having technical background on any of the following fields: physics, applied physics, computer programming, computers, electrical engineering, ECE and chemistry are also welcome. | |
