DESCRIPTION: Bright Start is a newly founded Early Intervention agency that provides services to children birth to age 3. The program is funded by the NYS Department of Health and is free to all children who qualify. In order to qualify a child must have a delay in any developmental domain, including: speech/language development, cognitive development, social development, or physical development. Bright Start provides evaluations and screenings in order to determine if a child qualifies. We also provide ongoing care, such as Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Special Instruction.
