DESCRIPTION: Career opportunity with a high-growth, entrepreneurial company. Small company is seeking a person who is able to work independently, is detail oriented, have strong work ethic, strong organizational skills and results oriented. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Internet. Also must be able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks; have excellent written and verbal skills. Due to the small size of the company this position involves a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities. Major responsibilities include: Preparing Excel spreadsheets, handling of AP and AR, typing of correspondence, ordering of office supplies and handling special projects. 2-5 years prior experience as administrative assistant or office manager preferred.
