DESCRIPTION: Electronic/Calibration Technician Connecticut Calibration Labs, in Newtown CT is looking for an experienced Electronic/Calibration Technician for immediate hire to include inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, calibrating, certifying TMDE, metrology laboratory working standards and safe work practices/procedures. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITY - Must be able to evaluate, repair and calibrate - Must be able to work independently - General knowledge of computers - Must manage project to insure completion by targeted completion date - Must be able to perform all functions according to written calibration procedures - Component level repair - Familiarity with Calibration Standards - Excellent communications skills - Must be able to lift up to 50lbs - Ability to travel to customer sites Experience, Education - Military or equivalent civilian test equipment calibration school - AAS Degree - 2+ years experience desired | |
