DESCRIPTION: Willows of FoxValley is a Condominium Association with over 200 units, and is seeking a experienced self starter as an on site property mgr. The location is in the Fox Valley area, just west of rte 59 in Aurora,IL 60504. Applicant needs to have experience in manageing condos/rental property and be computer literate with a good dispostion. Normal work week is Mon-Fri, 8 hours. Duties to include but not limited to handling resident complaintsand service, working with contractors for maintenance of bldgs, attending board meetings, understanding budgets, monthly newsletter, and as the board directs. We have a office assistant that will be under the applicants supervision. Salary and benefits commensurate with experience. | |
