Predominantly it is a Timeshare Resort, selling 30 year holiday memberships. There is also a Real Estate Section and they also run as a hotel. Resort Condominiums International (RCI), who have over 3,800 reorts affilliated with them worldwide say it is the most exciting project that South-East Asia has ever seen and gave it their "Gold Crown Status" which is their highest level.
