DESCRIPTION: We are a small privately held company that buys and sells single family homes in Seminole, Orange, and Volusia counties in Central Florida. The position would include the sale of our properties exclusively with no required "floor time" like other real estate offices require. The schedule is flexable and you do NOT need to be liscensed to sell real estate in Florida since you will be selling our properties exclusively. We are creative real estate entrepremeurs who value forward thinking people and self starters and people who think outside the box. My goal is to train you so well that you will outgrow this position and want more than what we can offer. Your salary is a direct result of how hard you are willing to work, it is based on commission only. The only way for us to succeed is to make sure that you succeed. Furthermore, you will have our complete support and system that will make your position both financially and professionaly rewarding. | |
