We are a new mortgage company. We know how people in the fields would like to help themselves and their future. Most mortgage companies do not put the clients first but we intend to serve their needs.
All applicant must pay for federal background check, training courses, application fee's, licensing fee's.

Career Opportunity
Orginators- Must be able to orginate loans. Order the necessary forms, bookkeeping, inform clients on "how to read credit reports", attend closings with your clients, appointment settings, have clients sign all document sheets. Pay commision only.
Underwriter/Closers- Must be able to clomplete all form in a timely matter. Pay starting at twenty-thousand yearly plus bonuses.
Appraisers- Must be licensed for the State of Michigan. Appraise all properties and gather the proper documentation, sec. codes, exact property cost evaluation. Pay starting at thirty-thousand per year.
