DESCRIPTION: An NYSE-listed company is seeking a couple of Sales Coordinators in the Orange County, CA area that can be trained to work with some of our existing business / commercial accounts in the field of supplemental employee benefits. We need sales coordinators to help service our accounts as well as establish new accounts. No sales experience is required. We need goal-oriented individuals that are self-starters and also have a positive mental attitude. Candidates must be coach able and extremely customer service oriented. Incentives include: comprehensive training programs, company paid stock bonus programs, numerous awards, convention trips, renewals, management opportunities, and top-notch renewals. A majority of our sales coordinators earn a six-figure income after their third-fourth year anniversary with the company.
