DESCRIPTION: The PPI Group's port shopping personnel provide tens of thousands of passengers with in-depth knowledge of each port of call. This information includes recommended shopping as well as follow-up merchandise dispute settlement through our dedicated customer service department and in association with the International Gemological Institute. Our port shopping personnel are available to passengers to answer questions about island culture, histories, dos and don'ts while ashore, and shopping opportunities at each port of call. Each port shopping Lecturer functions as a team member in concert with the Shore Excursions Manager when presenting a port of call so that shopping and tour revenues are maximized. Our direct involvement affords us preferential treatment and unsurpassed personal service from our suppliers throughout the Caribbean, United States, Mexico, the Mediterranean, and at special target ports or areas around the globe. | |
