After working in the IT industry for over 10 years at a fortune 100 company, Rachel Peterson, the founder and President of Rimrock Solutions, changed careers and began working as a recruiter in the Phoenix area. Throughout her career as a recruiter, account executive, and manager; one thing always seemed to be lacking- the clients and professionals of those companies never seemed to be the priority of the business. The priority was on the sale rather than creating a win-win solution for both the client and the professional. Rimrock Solutions is a small, woman owned business operating out of the Phoenix metro area and serves clients and professionals nationwide.
