DESCRIPTION: The Phil. Exporters Confederation, Inc. (PHILEXPORT)is the umbrella org'n of exporters accredited by the Phil. government. PHILEXPORT is a non-stock, non-profit private org. born out of the unification of the Phil. Exporters Foundation and the Confederation of Phil.Exporters. As an umbrella org., PHILEXPORT, in partnership with gov't, is mandated to strengthen the country's export industry through its export promotion and dev't programs. PHILEXPORT has about 3,000 members rep'ting all product sectors and co. sizes in the export industry. Exporters in the regions are reached through the PHILEXPORT chapters based in Baguio (CAR Region), Pangsnan (Reg. 1), Cag.
