DESCRIPTION: Association of 19 local cooperative food stores representing over $115 Million in sales seeking to hire a full-time Executive Director to lead our association into the future. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational abilities and management experience, a dynamic leadership spirit, strong retail background, a proven record of success with Board/Management relations, as well as be an irrepressible self-starter. Purchasing experience is also helpful. The ED will need to be located within CGANE territory, which extends as far west as Ohio, as far south as Maryland and north to the Canadian border. | |
