DESCRIPTION: Splash Swim School is a private company in business since 1989. The entire program, concept and techniques used by the teachers were developed by the national director of operations, Mr. Curt Gibson. He is one of the leading authorities in aquatic child development for all ages. Mr. Gibson believes in a gentle approach to teaching where each child learns at their own pace. We have been employing anywhere from 50 to 250 swim instructors each summer on a seasonal bases. We advertise in any city where we employee teachers. Our main base of clientele is Southern california. We do not have a location for clients to come to us. We are strictly an AT-HOME swim lesson program. All of our instructors must have previous experience teaching and must be certified in community C.P.R. etc. The pay is very good and along with benefits, making your own schedule and a fabulous work environment(heated pools) it will be hard to find a better summer job anywhere. | |
