DESCRIPTION: Lex & Man Consultants was founded in 1996 with an objective of catering to the industry¿s need for a professional legal firm, which could handle its entire legal portfolio. We started with an office at Pune and expanded our operations to Hyderabad. The initial emphasis of the firm was on providing specialized services to corporate clients in areas relating to intellectual property rights, information technology laws, negotiation, drafting agreements and arbitration. We have now expanded the ambit of our legal services to include civil and criminal litigations. In the year 2000 the firm diversified into the management field by providing management consultancy to start-up and established companies. The firm¿s management team comprises of members who have rich and hands on experience in human resources and management in the IT industry.
