Pre-qualifying the candidate by appraising and evaluating the resume, training, education, and experience. 4. Checking references, to evaluate customer/employer satisfaction personal characteristics and quality work ethics. 5. Inform potential candidate about your company¿s job requirements, travel, overtime, salary range and benefits. 6. Maintain daily/weekly contact with candidate and hiring authority, throughout the interviewing process. | |
