Virtual Call Centers (VCC) are a rapidly growing trend in the telemarketing industry wherein an operator working at home receives incoming calls for sales, service and orders and processes those calls in real time with a central agency via high speed Internet. How does it work? A typical session would begin by you opening your browser to the companies url. Then enter your ID and pass code. The system will then see you as active and begin sending you calls. When the phone rings, you simply follow the script as presented on the Internet! It's that easy! There are of course a wide variety of calls coming in and you will be directed to different scripts depending on answers you receive from your callers.
