DESCRIPTION: Camp Kiwago is a non-profit residential summer camp for children living in NYC homeless shelters. The camp is located in Harriman State Park (one hour north of NYC) and includes literacy programs, outdoor eduation, swimming, arts and crafts, non-competitive sports, and traditional camp activities. Our work is very challenging, but also very rewarding. | |
