DESCRIPTION: Company: Corporex Management & Leasing, Inc. a subsidiary of Corporex Companies, Inc. Reports to: Group VP Corporex Management & Leasing, Inc. Supervises: Assistant Controller, Accounting Manager, Payables Clerk, Receivables Clerk,Lease Analyst Description of Position and Authority: To control and report operating results for all properties managed by Corporex Management & Leasing as compared to previously established budgets. Responsibilities will include mortgage liability management, debt supervision, accounts receivable and payable management and planning. This position is highly visible in the organization and includes responsibility for managing support staff.
