DESCRIPTION: Founded in 1991, Pacific Research Group has dedicated the past ten years to refining our program and focusing on eliminating the problems related to a paper based Mystery Shopping system. Our recent success is proof that the industry recognizes the advantages of our program. We are the first and only Mystery Shopping Company to successfully offer a technology based program utilizing laptop computers and digital cameras. Pacific Research Group has more than doubled its business in 2001. We increased our On Site Mystery shops from 2,500 per month to nearly 5,000 shops per month. Our pipeline has us on track to more than double our business again in 2002. We need shoppers that can embrace our new technology and that are willing to help us exceed the expectations of the client. | |
