In order to supply our customers with unparalleled services, West Direct Express Ltd. has created unique systems for the transportation industry. These systems include messenger technology, which allows our clients to view in real time all delivery times and signatures on-screen, directly through their system. This system also allows for GPS tracking, computer visual control and, in addition, produces a descriptive cost allocation of billing. In conjunction with this technology, our dispatch system deploys a hub and spoke concept forming an efficient, directional flow network.
