DESCRIPTION: Research Triangle Institute is a not-for-profit organization that conduct research for national, state and local government agencies, for public service organizations and trade associations, and for private associations and companies. RTI was incorporated as a private entity in 1958 by the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Duke University in Durham, and North Carolina State University in Raleigh. The Institute occupies a 180 acre campus in the Research Triangle Institute Park. The Institute also operates field offices for specific projects and employs field staff from all over the United State. These capabilities combine to make RTI a recognized leader in survey and health research. | |
