We charge a flat fee of $1000. for any successful placement, paid by the company. This makes it easier and more financially responsible for any sized firm to use our services. There are no trainees working for THE CHAGNON COMPANY all account reps have at least 10 years and most over 20 in this field. Our client base is well served by professionals who know their firms or fields and can work as business/ recruiting advisors. We are not a 9 to 5 house. All of us can be reached whenever we are needed. THE CHAGNON COMPANY does not split its time or energy trying to be all to everyone--we only do permanent placements-nothing else. | |
