DESCRIPTION: Ideal Staffing Solutions was founded by two women with a burning desire to accomplish two things: Work from home and make money. Both women have a wealth of recruiting and HR experience and felt that they could service clients in a manner in which clients would feel that they were the customer who had some control. In typical recruiting agencies, clients are forced to work the companies way. At ISS, we feel that the customer should have some control over the way that their money is spent. Hence, ISS is making a lot of friends. Friends for life. Lifelong friends mean lifelong income. Our approach is FRESH AND NEW. We are currently looking to build our marketing department to aid us in securing clients. We are looking for marketers who would love the opportunity to NEGOTIATE a deal as opposed to having to stick to rigid guidelines.
