DESCRIPTION: Sr. Client Operations Administrator JOB DESCRIPTION: Provide high level technical operations and system administration support for Applied Meta¿s distributed middleware product via direct interaction (shell, phone, email) with client and client installations. Provide leadership and mentoring to Level 1 Technical Support staff, and be an escalation point for complex customer issues. Identify, prioritize, and escalate customer issues to correct individuals based on the technical or non-technical nature of the call. Assist in building the relationships with engineering, existing and potential partners, and customers through direct interaction. Assume a leadership roles through advanced understanding of our product and senior knowledge of networking infrastructure, and third party applications. Provide 24 X 7 alternating pager support. | |
